I live in Uganda and work as a Retired International Civil Servant
I recently retired fom UNDP as an Environment Policy Specialist. Previously served as a development practitioner with the cooperative movement in Uganda. Before then held teaching positions in Makerere University (Uganda)and Ahmadu Bello University (Nigeria). I have supported a number of local and international NGOs in programme development. Also served as a consultant for governmental and non-governmental agencies as well as foundations and multilateral and bilateral organizations - e.g. the World Bank and FINIDA. Now in the process of establishing a Company Limited by Gurantee to provide consultancy and Local Development services.
