I live in United Kingdom and work as a Local Economic Development Adviser
Gwen has 30 years of practice in LED the last 10 at international level. At the World Bank I developed an internal & global LED knowledge sharing and capacity building community of practice, developed the World Bank LED methodology and related training and support. This was piloted under my supervision in 40 cities and towns and in hundreds of others by donor partners and stakeholders, in every continent. Until June 2009 I was LEDNA's LED Adviser amongst other advisory assignments. For LEDNA I created the knowledge hub nomenclature and was responsible for launching the knowledge hub and social network. I act as an LED external adviser to development and private sector partners, including UN family, World Bank, National Governments, Private sector clients, Fundations and Bilaterals.
