Asenath is passionate about Africa’s development with a vision is to steer African countries into redefining their roles in the global economy. She was born in rural Kenya, and since 2003 worked in Kenya and Somalia with United Nations High Commission for Refugees; Horn Relief; and Vétérinaires sans Frontières-Suisse; initiating, implementing and evaluating relief and development initiatives. She mastered in Local Economic Development at the London School of Economics and works with LEDNA in researching and coordinating country studies and developing Local Economic Development substance.
